What is Radiesse?

Radiesse dermal filler is constructed from calcium-based micro-spheres suspended in a water-based gel. Radiesse is used to restore a healthy, youthful appearance, without invasive surgery or scarring. How Radiesse Works:

Using a very fine needle, Radiesse dermal filler is gently injected into the skin in very small amounts. Immediately after injection, the Radiesse works with your body to stimulate the production of brand new collagen in your facial skin. This process will produce immediate results, drastically lowering your age through visual appearance. Shortly after re-producing collagen in your skin the Radiesse micro-spheres naturally absorb into your body, safely vanishing from existence.

Possible Side Effects:

Since Radiesse is not animal-based, no allergy test is required. However, there are sometimes normal, injection-related reactions. Some of these reactions include: mild irritation, swelling, edema, discoloration, itching or tenderness at the site of the injection. While these side effects have been noted to occur, they typically heal themselves after one or two days, leaving no long term negative side effects.
